Any time there's a crisis anywhere in the world there's one organisation that always shows up. They are active in war zones, when natural disasters hit of the worst diseases known to humanity strikes. They are Médecins Sans Frontières. As the name implies, hey are completely unaligned, which is a key factor for them to be able to work in any environment.
