We think that consulting is something that should help solve immediate problems while also strengthening the customer’s ability to assume full responsibility for their solutions long term. We prefer to work closely with the customer’s team to transfer knowledge. Once we have delivered the initial solution, we stay available for any follow-up questions. That’s why all our consulting packages includes e-mail support. A developer should not have to worry about hours being billed just because they want to send a simple question over an e-mail.

Duende IdentityServer Support

Our standard support and consulting service for Duende IdentityServer is a package of pre-paid consulting hours and one year of email support for a team.

  • E-mail support, with a guaranteed response within two business days.
  • Remote consulting services.

The package contains 8 pre-paid consulting hours that may be used within one year. Additional consulting hours may be purchased at an hourly rate.

Renewal of the support service for subsequent years includes 2 more hours. If the support services are renewed, any remaining unused consulting hours are carried over to the new period.

Saml2 Support

Our standard support service for our Saml2 libraries is a package of pre-paid consulting hours and one year of email support for a team.

  • E-mail support, with a guaranteed response within two business days.
  • Notification in advance if a security patch is to be released.
  • Prerelease access to security patches 24 hours before public availability.
  • Remote consulting services.

The package contains 4 pre-paid consulting hours that may be used within one year. Additional consulting hours may be purchased at an hourly rate.
